At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of workers, the project department has made an emergency plan to avoid working during high temperature hours and actively implement the responsibility system for heat prevention, so as to put the project into operation as soon as possible and make a positive contribution to the local economic development.

In order to further strengthen the publicity of fire safety and improve the awareness of fire safety of enterprises, on June 21, sanming Heavy Industry foundry workshop organized a fire emergency drill.  Under the scientific guidance of the company's safety committee, a thorough drill program has been developed, and on-site teaching of fire extinguisher operation and use process has been carried out for the staff participating in the activity, so as to effectively improve the emergency handling ability of the front-line staff in the workshop.  

Before the drill, the safety committee first simulated the "sudden fire" in the workshop, defined the responsibilities and operational precautions of the warning group, evacuation group, fire extinguishing group and logistics support group, and briefly explained the "fire point".  In the simulation exercise, casting workshop staff in the process of inspection of the ignition point, quickly reported the fire.  After receiving the fire alarm, the alert group quickly blocked the fire area, the evacuation group quickly commanded the trapped people to evacuate quickly, the fire fighting group rushed to the scene, control the fire, and quickly put out the fire.  At the same time trapped injured personnel rescue, and the implementation of emergency rescue.  

The drill was methodical and swift, demonstrating the continuous improvement of the enterprise's emergency handling capability.  In view of the use of fire extinguishers, the safety committee will arrange staff to hand over the convenient use of portable fire extinguishers in detail and conduct on-site practice.

Recently, a number of major projects have been started one after another, which has ignited the upstream raw material market. After the third round of increase of clinker price in Yangtze River Delta region last week, Guangdong Pearl River Delta clinker will also start the second round of increase, with an increase of 20 yuan / ton. Among them, some manufacturers in northern Guangdong and Pearl River Delta have announced the increase on March 17, and it is expected that most enterprises will follow up the increase in clinker prices. Industry insiders said that clinker first and cement second, cement prices are expected to rise.

According to market feedback, with the rise of clinker and the recovery of demand, the scope of cement price increase in the Yangtze River Delta continues to expand. From the 18th, the main manufacturers in Nanjing and Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province announced to increase the price of low-standard cement by 15 yuan / ton. In addition, the price of low-standard cement in the surrounding Ma'anshan area of Anhui province increased by 10-15 yuan / ton.

In addition to the hot markets in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, the performance in Southwest China is also relatively strong. It is reported that since March, with the accelerated recovery of construction at downstream sites, cement prices in many places have sent out rising signals, especially in Southwest China, where there are many areas with rising prices, and Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou areas have basically gone up for a round. Among them, Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province has announced a sharp increase in the cement price of 60 yuan / ton.

Overall, the national cement price has entered the stage of recovery after the year, especially after the end of continuous rain weather in some areas of southern China, the demand has broken out, and it is expected that the cement price increase will continue to increase.

In addition to the cement market, sand and stone, which belong to the same raw materials, are also "unwilling to lag behind". With the start of projects in various places, the demand for sand and gravel is also rising, and the price of sand and gravel is rising in some areas.

The main reasons are as follows:

1. The market demand for sand and gravel is growing geometrically, the key projects of large-scale projects have entered the stage of accelerated construction, and the demand for mixing station is preheating before.

2. The freight is expensive, and the price of river transportation has not increased much. However, due to the rise of steel and oil charges, the shipping costs have increased a lot.

3. Recently, there was a joint notice of water conservancy, public security and transportation to carry out the regulation of sand mining in the Yangtze River. Therefore, the supply of river sand was directly affected from the end of sand and stone raw material mining.

4. The price of imported sand and stone has lost its advantage, and the price of imported sand and stone has been lower than that of domestic sand and stone, which leads to the import sand source can not supplement the market.
